My name is Chang and I was born in Korea and grew up in Santiago del Estero, Argentina. After studies, I started working and lived in few countries. Never been sporty at all, untill I landed in Hong Kong where I started mountain biking seriously and one thing to other led me to trail running.
I started trail running casually and participating in few local races until 2 years ago I started to take more seriously and since then never stopped. I've been to adventure races, mountain bike races and am an occasional triathlete, but have my heart with the mountains.
I have 3 wonderfull kids (Irati, Uxue and Unai) who keep me more than busy and a super-wife (Ainhoa) that supports me end to end so that I can give them back all the happinness I get from the mountains.
Ah! I also have to work! I work in technology for a major investment bank and have recently relocated to New York, USA after having lived in Chile for about 2 years.
I run races whenever possible to keep me pushing and to have an ever moving target so that my training is part of my weekly habit.
These are races I have completed so far:

Below is a list of races and events I have participated since I have started. The idea here is to demonstrate how one can progress enormously with minimal training, adequate diet and a bit of discipline. It's also a 'blog' type of list for me to keep track my racing activity and to share with my friends.
